1977 Bandit Trans Am, Custom Models, Movie Information and More!
Kevin Morgan contacted me and wanted a remote control car made of his concept Trans Am for the Bandit Run 2008. I thought he was crazy, but decided, why not try? All I had to go by were two pictures of the car , so I started with a new remote controlled Camaro. Below are pictures of the model and Kevin. It was fun driving it around in my driveway and the bandit runners will see it in May 2008. After building it, I'll say this, never again. Another friend of a friend wanted me to build a 1976 Trans Am Limited Edition (LE) His car was a non t-top car. I finally found a model I could use and here are the results below. I used Keith Marks decals and highly recommend them. They are just like a real stripe kit and and double striped. At this scale that is very rare. I'll say it again on that one too, never again.
